To create tech products that customers love a Product Manager should spend the majority of their time in discovery. Product Managers are the voice of the user and they must empathize and understand user's problems intimately. Product Management is a mindset, not a set of practices, that along with Agile frameworks allow companies to deliver value to both the company and to users faster. Iteration and experimentation are critical to the discovery process since they allow us to move fast and not break anything. As we iterate, we learn, and through the processes of learning we innovate.
