This project kicked off the start of a new company and product. I began with user and competitor research to gain insights on the experience and design elements that I was going to incorporate in the product. Mood boards, wireframes, personas, and user flows were created and shared with the team to communicate the product vision. Prototyping was a huge aspect of this project and was included in every iteration. After completing designs and getting feedback from the team, we quickly tested our prototypes with users to gain further feedback.
The product went through various iterations and revisions throughout the discovery phase and the application changed constantly as the team and I gained new insights and found new market opportunities.
This start up was able to use this product prototype to gain capital investments and to create key partnerships with development groups. After 9 months of development, this product was launched and is being used by several companies to help their sales representatives.
